What happens at the meet & greet?+
We meet at your home, introduce your assigned sitter to your pets, walk through routines and access, discuss emergency contacts, and make sure the arrangement feels comfortable for everyone.
Will I receive updates while I am away?+
Yes. Drop-in visits include a photo and summary. Overnight stays include regular check-ins based on the communication schedule agreed during booking.
Can sitters administer medication?+
Many oral and topical medications can be accommodated. Instructions and your pet’s comfort level are reviewed before booking.
Does house sitting include home care?+
Yes. Basic mail, packages, indoor plants, lights, and a general security check can be included in your care plan.
How far in advance should I book?+
Earlier is better for holidays and overnight stays. Last-minute requests are always welcome when the schedule allows.
Can you care for aquariums?+
Yes. We can handle measured feeding and agreed visual checks for freshwater tanks, saltwater systems, and reef aquariums. Tank-specific instructions, equipment, dosing limitations, and emergency contacts are reviewed before care begins.
What garden services do you provide?+
We offer vacation garden care, watering and irrigation observations, basic seasonal upkeep, plant-health reporting, and garden planning. Planning can include planting layouts, seasonal schedules, and practical recommendations for Arizona conditions.
What if my pet has a special routine?+
That is exactly what the meet and greet is for. The care plan is built around your pet’s real routine rather than forcing them into a standard package.
